（1）內部結構：
采用上下鍋筒縱向布置，上下鍋筒間設有對流管束。下鍋筒置于鍋筒座上，與底座相連，上鍋筒通過對流管束支撐在下鍋筒上。

（2）水冷壁結構：
鍋爐爐膛為膜式水冷壁結構，膜式壁采用專門的膜式壁生產線生產，焊縫波形均勻美觀，質量好確保焊接及成形質量。全膜式壁水冷結構，氣密性好完全消除煙氣泄漏，保證了結構的穩定性，提高爐膛及煙道剛性，提高鍋爐爐壁的抗爆能力。
(2) Water cooled wall structure：
The boiler furnace adopts a membrane water-cooled wall structure, and the membrane wall is produced by a specialized membrane wall production line. The weld waveform is uniform and beautiful, and the quality is good to ensure the welding and forming quality. （3）煙氣系統：
鍋爐采用了大爐膛和對流管束二回程設計，使煙氣在爐膛內停留時間加長，可燃氣體得到充分燃燒，提高了燃燒效率。爐膛與對流管束通過水冷壁分開。高溫煙氣首先在爐膛內與水冷壁進行高效換熱，避免了直接高溫煙氣直接沖刷鍋筒，延長了鍋爐的使用壽命；煙氣在經后煙箱進入二回程對流管束，進一步散熱；流經對流管束后，煙氣離開鍋爐本體，通過連接煙道進入尾部受熱面（節能器等熱回收裝置），再進入煙囪排入大氣。
